Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in.
Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside.
I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay.
1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart.
2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk.
I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible.
Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early.

Hospitality was amazing at this hotel. Our first trip to S. Korea and the staff was so helpful despite the language barrier. Angie at check-in was beyond helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. They provided room service daily and kept our room spot clean. We would come back again. Thank you for making our experience worth visiting and pleasurable.

Great location! Close to a lot of different shops and restaurants, and having a CU on the main floor of the hotel was so convenient! Staff was so helpful and friendly and our room was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Korea and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made.
The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.
