This is a great property . Things I loved was really warm staff and nice happy vibe of friendly travellers and staff in foyer. I loved the uber trips and bikes included in tariff. I was dropping my daughter to start UCLA and position was perfect . Things I didn’t like was that hotel took money each day as deposit in case I used the restaurants etc . This was a problem for me as I just had traveller money on my visa , I was there for 6 nights and it wiped out my spending money only to get a refund on my card a couple of days after I came home . If I had known I would have organised this differently but I was stuck by then time I was there and this was the setup. I would stay there again and would recommend .

Hard to get the front desk attention while standing there for five minutes. Texting and talking on phone. Restaurant/kitchen staff delightful.

Great location. Easy parking. Majority of staff were really friendly & helpful; sadly a couple we encountered on the morning of our check out were down right rude. Fantastic drinks served in the lounge, breakfast drinks selection good, breakfast food average.

The Deluxe Suite? Man, those showers are amazing. Plus, it's got a whole kitchen setup with a fridge and even little stoves – totally perfect if you've got the family with you. They usually have some sweet deals going on too. And the staff? Seriously cool, always down to help you out with whatever. My absolute favorite thing, though – and this is a big one – is sometimes you can see raccoons hanging out in the yard! Oh yeah, and they got laundry right there, so no need to go hunting for a laundromat. Plus, you can grab some breakfast there until 10 in the morning. Definitely try to ask for a patio room with the deluxe suite if you can – those are the best!"
