Kind staff and very clean ans easy access to the street

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Room is spacious and bed is comfy

Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early.

Room was great. Great space for luggage, bathroom spacious and big shower space. Great loccitane amenities.

Clean and with friendly staff

Hospitality was amazing at this hotel. Our first trip to S. Korea and the staff was so helpful despite the language barrier. Angie at check-in was beyond helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. They provided room service daily and kept our room spot clean. We would come back again. Thank you for making our experience worth visiting and pleasurable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff on the ground floor and at check-in were very friendly and helpful, though staff in other areas were only average. A few things to note: Facilities come with quite a lot of rules. The pool requires advance booking, which felt inconvenient while on holiday — I prefer being able to use it whenever I feel like. Entry is also not allowed if you’re wearing room slippers. Breakfast is organised into three entry sessions, which resulted in waiting times and a very busy dining area. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast experience. A wider fruit selection would have made the breakfast experience better.

I used to fly all over the wold. But I have never seen as poor as SR HOTEL's breakfast.

I stayed for one night didn’t find any issues the location is very good

The hotel location is great as a transit to Incheon Airport. What lacked were as following: 1. Lack of information on how to get to the hotel from Gimpo airport. It was fortunate to use the shuttle service, which appears to operate few times a day only, but this was not easy to find a location. 2. From the expedia booking, it was adults only. But the hotel was filled with family and children. Unsure what was the purpose of this indication. Regardless, the facility is great and as a short get-away, it was good to see displays, sculptures, etc. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly.
