I stayed here with my sister and absolutely loved it. We had our own deluxe pool villa and the pool was beautifully maintained. The entire place felt like a peaceful escape, and the complimentary foot massage was honestly so good, I never wanted it to end. The food was healthy, fresh, and so flavorful, especially the floating breakfast, which felt straight out of a dream. The views? Unreal. Jungle paradise vibes all around. There’s a bit of a walk from the villa to the lobby, but we treated it as our mini cardio session. Also, the fruit here was next-level fresh which made me realize how fake some food feels back in the U.S. 😂 Lots of mosquitos tho so pack repellent!

We just returned from an incredible two and a half weeks at The Royal Pita Maha in Ubud, Bali, and we can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a sense of tranquillity that set the tone for our entire stay. We had the luxury of staying in a villa with a private pool overlooking the breathtaking valley. Waking up to that stunning view every morning was simply magical and made our holiday feel truly special. The villa was beautifully designed and offered the perfect sanctuary and a complete privacy for relaxation. The hotel facilities are exceptional, from the breathtaking design to the impeccable upkeep of the grounds. The dining options were fantastic as well. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Dewata Lounge, where we had the choice of a set menu or à la carte options, both of which were delicious. We also tried the Ayung Organic Restaurant, which features an amazing setting next to the river, offering a unique dining experience with fantastic food. One of the highlights of our stay was indulging the spa, which offers a wide range of treatments and options to choose from. The visit was a blissful escape that added to the overall relaxation of our holiday. We also had the pleasure of experiencing a floating breakfast in our private pool, and a magical thousand candle dinner. I liked - friendly staff - large villas - lovely resort - complementary afternoon tea - restaurant for dinner was nice - free shuttle bus service - mosquito box came in handy! I didn't like - spa times not consistent with website - spa appointments bookings / could not make use of the happy hour discounts - free photo shoot is not free! Had to pay +1 million IDR for 10 photos! This should be advertised as special offer rather than free as this was very misleading.

Our experience at the Viceroy Ubud could not have been better. Starting with the facilities, I can’t remember having a more beautiful hotel room. And we travel a lot. The entire facility was exceptionally well designed and felt very fresh and clean. We loved it. Our pool suite was incredibly spacious, and we really did have our own private heated pool. It was phenomenal! The staff was well trained and incredibly attentive. We ate dinner in the hotel both nights, and were quite pleased with the quality of the food and the service. As nice extras, the hotel had a social hour the first night we were there, which included free, cocktails, which is always appreciated. They also had a great little spread of food. Both restaurants are very good, and very different. We went to both and liked them. We both got massages, and were quite pleased with those as well - both in terms of quality and price. And we took the complimentary morning yoga class, which we also enjoyed. The resort was so nice that we made the last-minute decision after arriving to center our entire Ubud experience around it! The general manager, Patrick Farrell, took it personal interest in us. We felt like he genuinely cared about us and the experience we had at the hotel. We’re delighted with the very peaceful nature of the resort given how hectic a day can be as a tourist in Bali. We hope to return someday!

What an amazing property! We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and everything was perfect! The property was very clean and well kept. Our villa was the perfect space for 2 people, and the pool was the perfect size and temperature to jump in after a long day out and about! The food was stellar! We didn’t have one bad meal at the hotel. The room service was very quick too! The location of the property is perfect walking distance to Seminyak Square (about 10-15 minutes), Seminyak beach (15-20 minutes) and tons of restaurants. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon!
