Beautifully renovated hotel Nice gardens But management needs improvement - sheets are not changed timely even if requested only pillow cover changed Room not vacuumed Vacuum left in corridor Ordered coffee and waited 30 minutes and even though I asked twice it was not ready - I finally gave up

Very efficient front desk, room was excellent, bed so comfortable, staff are so friendly.

We were put into a room on the first floor which was above the entrance of the property and right next to the road. It was noisy even with ear plugs, a banging sound could be heard (probably the front doors below every time they were used throughout the night). Staff friendly and location convenient but wouldn’t stay again due to noise.

Amazing staff and service! Loved it! Rooms were specious and beautiful, lobby and restaurants were always filled with fresh flowers, so gorgeous! Thank you for the best stay in London!

I arrived at the hotel to be told that my room in that hotel was no longer available and they had moved me next door. The next door hotel was a downgrade from the original and the furniture and fittings in the room were very tatty with stains on the sofas, toilet although clean was very tatty

We have stayed here before and the location is amazing and the exterior and architecture is gorgeous. The terrace is a beautiful spot for a meal or drinks. This stay it was hot (91F) and the air conditioning went out in the first night. No windows are able to open. I asked at 8:30am and was told it was being fixed. We came in from the day at 5 and went to the room where housekeeping had opened the drapes to full sun and the room was baking. I went to the front desk because our phone didn’t work and asked again and was told they would check into it. The halls and lobby were cool. We went to dinner and came back at 9 and it was still blowing hot air. I had to go back down and ask to be moved, which unfortunately meant we had to start packing up when we were ready for bed. This was poor hospitality and service as they never got back to me about the problem I just had to keep returning to the front desk. We were moved to a smaller room although it had a better view.

Staff went above and beyond helping me when I ended up injuring my ankle. 10 stars to every one of them! The hotel is clean, great location, and the restaurant, The Soak, was fabulous. Will stay here again.

Great location and amazing property. Super close to the theater area, Convent Garden Trafalgar Square, lots of dinning options close by and the Underground and bus stations super close. Only thing I would have liked is for it to have had things a bit cleaner, found an old vape and a fake nail on the floor and it was a bit dusty, also needs work on the AC because it did not work very well, but since we were only there for two nights we managed. But overall would definately recommend as this place is beautiful, well equiped and greatly located at a great rate
