9.2/10 Wonderful! (7,351 reviews)
The Front Desk was excellent. Our flight had been delayed, we arrived very late and o my had one night stay. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace and given late check out. I definitely want to return to ride the gondola and to try more of the fantastic restaurants.

8.8/10 Excellent! (13,372 reviews)
When we first pulled in, there was lots of parking available. We made our way to the front desk to check in. Unfortunately, we unknowingly book our stay at the same time as a college formal, so it was pretty packed. The line to check in felt long, but it moved along at a slow pace. I typically book direct with the hotels that I say with, but figured I'd try using Expedia after talking with a friend. The check-in process was super quick. Got our keys and went right upstairs. The room was nice and clean, and the floor was relatively quiet. The downside however, was that because there was a formal going on, the lobby was quite busy. The lobby isn't as big as some of the other hotels, so there was a lot of people congregating in the walk ways, which made it difficult to leave the lobby. It would have been nice to see staff asking people to leave space or gather someplace else to allow for other guests to get by. The casino is nice. Lots of modern games, as well as some of the classics. There was a good selection of tables, etg, and slots. Everything was amazing, however, I feel the food selection could have been a little better. There was a diner style restaurant, but not a lot of food selections to choose from. The high end, fine dining, restaurants were good, but I don't want to eat that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food court area seemed okay, but nothing really stood out. We at at the bar once, but service felt slow.
