They are respectful and ready to assist!
They did not meet on the first day what has been booked! They gave me a transit bedroom hence wasted a day and a half worrying when a the right and booked type room will be set!!

Customer service 5 stars, the staff was awesome. Always polite and courteous. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were a few things broken and missing but they took care of it right away when they were notified. There were plenty of malls and restaurants in walking distance so that was very convenient.

I had always wanted to try Alpha Suites, as the spacious rooms looked appealing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The place felt more like a worn-out modern apartment than a welcoming hotel. The bed was uncomfortably hard, the pillows were stiff, and the water never got truly hot just lukewarm. There was also an unpleasant odor in the corridor. It lacked the warmth and comfort expected from a high-end stay. Sadly, I won’t be returning
