Clean room, kind staff.

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

Property was very clean and staff was extremely helpful. Excellent value.

Excellent stay, I did have to transfer room due to a sewage smell but it was not a fault of the hotel it was from outside in the city. The city seems to have a generalized drainage problem, may be due to overpopulation and infrastructure issue. The hotel was very lovely and accommodating. Very polite, food was good also. Very good location. Property could use some updating including carpets in hallways & suites as they are dirty and worn. Furniture (couch in suite) also worn. Suites could use some proper glassware instead of paper cups. In suites that have a small kitchen bank, there is no cutlery, dishes or glassware. Would be nice if these items were provided. Would also recommend a coffee machine in the room as currently you have to go to the 5th floor to get a coffee.

Everything was very good, except the sauna. Very small. Very claustrophobic.

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out. Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. It was an overall great experience.

Only thing I’ll say is that you can’t control the room temperature by yourself, it’s central…. So It’s hot in the day time and cold at night.
