The cleaning needs work; a yellow straw was not even picked up on the bathroom floor when i checked in the first nite. Bath tub showing its age and the hallway carpet is also showing its age. BUT all staff were great and helpful and location was SUPERB!

This is my second time staying here. Great hotel and staff.

Literally the most amazing location. Room was good sized, and clean. Property is a little old, but it really wasn't a problem. I would strongly recommend, especially for the price.

Very spacious room and walkable distance to underground

The view, the staff, the ambience and everything was top notch. I truly enjoyed my stay here and Terry was a gentlemen at the front desk.

Excellent service and location

Stairs from outdoor pool to spa area and hotel had no hand rails, with pool food service being self pickup delivery it’s a little shakey

I can't complain, they have everything you need. rooms is very small. restaurant is good also.

Excellent quality service

It’s supposed to be a 4star hotel but the only thing 4 star about this place is definitely the location. Very close to many thing depending on what you like to do the, not to far from the mall and shopping area very much walkable, the staff were pretty nice as for the hotel room, soon as we walked in it smelled of mold and it was not clean but when I went to speak to the front desk they did provide us with a different room on a higher floor but that was all they did I do a lot of solo traveling this was a group trip some people weren’t happy.
