I called to see if we could fit 4 in one room and was told no. So I booked another room. Upon seeing the room I had already booked it would have been easy to accommodate my family of 4. But instead your hotel made me book an other room. We will not be staying with you again.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It was great that the hotel was in close proximity to Universal Studios Japan. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. What I didn’t like was the odor when we first walked into the room. We can smell the odor for two days.
