The hotel is older but spacious compared to other newer hotels nearby. Staff are nice and friendly, bur the room cleaning could be improved.

The staff were very helpful and made our stay stress free.

Overall I really like this hotel, staff were friendly and helpful and it is convienently located for walking, shopping, dining, and access to bus/subway.

Amazing unique rooms and everything was working. Interesting there was no iron in the room. But reception were super helpful and delivered a steamer to us for our stay

This property is in the heart of Myeongdong walking streets. It’s a short 5 minute walk out to main traffic street. Subway, shopping, dining, all an easy access. I’m not a fan of “wet rooms” so having a separate shower/tub was perfect. Would book again.

The staff was so courteous. I discovered that I left my watch in the room after I checked out, so I called and they helped to package it up so I could get a courier to deliver it to me at the airport in Seoul. They were very helpful!
