The staff were service oriented, very hospitable from the start and checking in via WhatsApp for our needs/questions and also for a smooth arrival/departure. The room does not have a tv but that wasn’t a concern for us just something to take note. It is really big and clean, the bathtub was amazing as well though the water may not remain hot to fill it completely. The breakfast is not a buffet but more than sufficient with many vegan and vegetarian options. Overall I loved the property and would love to come back

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in early October 2024. The resort was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

Such an amazing experience at this hotel, not only is the staff incredibly kind and attentive they are also so thoughtful. We stayed for our honeymoon in the pool villa, and on the first night we came in they gave us a call in the morning to see if we’d like to have breakfast even after breakfast hours were over since we hadn’t eaten. They always asked us about our itinerary to help us decide best places to go or offer us shuttle service or a car. We went on a lovely trip with Joe to the swing and coffee plantation, he’s so fun and knowledgeable, he was also so patient with us and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The room itself is beyond what I expected, so clean and beautifully designed. The bathroom is so spacious and gorgeous that we could probably just live there. The shower has the best water pressure and the hot water keeps going even when we’ve filled the bath and want to use the shower after. Such an amazing experience, I really wish we had booked longer. Highly recommend staying here, and hope to come back one day! Also they offer yoga in the morning, a free foot massage when you first come and their chicken is halal. Amazing experience!! I will be going back to this place as often as I can. People, service and food and experience was wonderful

The Sankara was peaceful and a pleasant place to stay while in Bali!

Fantastic location and rooms. Great fine dining restaurant , spa, pool and gym. Excellent service provided by all staff.

Beautiful place, kind and attentive staff, and delicious food! They were accommodating to our food allergies and celebrated my birthday in such a special way. The spa treatments were some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!
