Really convenient and good value, public areas a little tired but room was good and bathroom excellent. Dark room with not great lighting. I would use again if the need arises

The hotel is a good choice if you’re leaving Heathrow early. The do have a bus service, but you do have to pay for it, for the price you pay for the hotel, I thought it would be courtesy that it is included as a shuttle.
I noticed we waited quite a while to be checked in, the service was slow, but they were friendly.
It was helpful to have the shuttle service timetable on the reception, this was useful for arranging our morning trip to the terminal.
The rooms were lovely, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in and the shower and bath were great.
I’d stay again.

Overall did the job, however was disappointed by the lack of a robe when this was on the room spec as well as faulty electrics as bulbs were out in the bathroom and some plug sockets did not work. For the money we paid we were very disappointed!
