They are respectful and ready to assist!
They did not meet on the first day what has been booked! They gave me a transit bedroom hence wasted a day and a half worrying when a the right and booked type room will be set!!

I had always wanted to try Alpha Suites, as the spacious rooms looked appealing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The place felt more like a worn-out modern apartment than a welcoming hotel. The bed was uncomfortably hard, the pillows were stiff, and the water never got truly hot just lukewarm. There was also an unpleasant odor in the corridor. It lacked the warmth and comfort expected from a high-end stay. Sadly, I won’t be returning

It was excellent and high quality from the booking process to the checkout. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The accommodation was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommended EG to everyone.
