While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However ...

Atendeu plenamente a nossas expectativas.Excelente. Faltou, apenas, cortina e/ou outro meio de impedir a entrada de luz natural pela janela da cozinha, iluminando prematuramente todo o apartamento, inclusive o espaço onde fica a cama de casal. De resto, perfeito.
