"The layout of the property is a bit confusing and not well sign posted, the staff were a very mixed bag of bad customer service and a little rude to very kind and helpful depending on what time you dealt with them."

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given.
