Day 1: Nairobi to the Scenic Lake Nakuru National Park

On this day, your driver will pick you up at the airport or Nairobi Airport and begin your journey lasting 3-4 hours.
You'll arrive in time for lunch. You can catch a siesta or freshen up and later head out to an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. It's home to migratory flamingoes and about 350 other bird species. Millions of greater and lesser pink-colored flamingoes descend on Lake Nakuru, giving it an appealing mix of pink, white, and blue bands of colours.
The park is also a haven for the endangered black and white rhino species and the Columbus monkey, leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plain antelope. The beautiful scenery provides sweeping vistas of the Rift Valley escarpment and is perfect for connecting with nature and photography. Dinner and overnight stay are at the lodge.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park to Maasai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, check out and enjoy en route game drives of Lake Nakuru National Park before leaving for the Maasai Mara. The drive from Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara is around 4-5 hours drive. You'll be arriving at Zebra Plains Mara Camp in time for lunch and check-in. After lunch and relaxation, head out for an afternoon game drive until sunset. You'll later return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve Dawn-Dusk Game Drive

After breakfast, you will head out to a full-day game drive returning in the evening. Your driver/guide will ensure a picnic lunch is packed for you when you leave in the morning. They will be sure to get you a scenic spot to have your meal against the backdrop of the serene African savannah.

The vast Maasai Mara is home to abundant wildlife, and you'll be spoilt for choice if you have brought your camera along. Ensure to stay hydrated throughout the day since it gets scorching out here! You'll be almost sure to see all of Africa's Big Five and most likely witness one of the big cat species on the hunt!

Later, you will return to Zebra Plains in the evening for an arranged bush nature walk with an experienced and knowledgeable guide in a wildlife conservation area. You'll get to see the animals and plants of the region up close and learn about their habits and behaviours.

Day 4: Maasai Mara - Nairobi
After a relaxed breakfast and check-out, the guide will take you to Maasai village, where you will interact with the local people and buy souvenirs. You will then enjoy the road trip to Nairobi with lunch at Narok town. You should be in Nairobi at around 4:00 p.m. Drop off at your hotel or free onward transfer to the airport for your flight home.
