It is a dry ravine, although in times of heavy rain it is likely to be wet, which is excavated in calcareous rock, making the route very enjoyable and beautiful.
The Sord ravine is a vertical one which begins with several short rappels that will allow you to warm up your descent technique, to then come across two others of 15 and 25 metres. The first has a pool of water below, which can be easily avoided with a bit of swinging. The second is cantilevered, which means you'll have to descend without support on the wall.
Before reaching the end of the canyon, there are a couple of easy abseils. Throughout the whole route you'll enjoy a canyoning itinerary, which, together with the appearance of the limestone rock, is sure to become one of your favourites.
We'll end the journey at the Mela ravine, so you can continue along it after a well-deserved rest or return to the meeting point and finish the activity.
