What you can expect

Whether you've come across the world or you're just down the road - welcome to Bonorong!

Bonorong is a Sanctuary for wildlife run by a passionate team of like-minded people. We're a social enterprise: a little business with a big heart. We operate Tasmania's largest 24hr Wildlife Rescue service, which brings aid to thousands of suffering animals each year.

Our Wildlife Rescue service (and new Wildlife Hospital) is funded entirely by entry fees, meaning every time we rescue an animal it is because someone like you came through our gate.

Upon entry you will receive a complimentary bag of kangaroo food. Our roos roam free within the Sanctuary and are always keen for a good scratch on the chest and some gentle hand feeding.

Daily tours - included with entry - run at 10.00am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm.

For the ultimate Tasmanian wildlife experience, book your guests on our daytime Feeding Frenzy tour, or our evening Bonorong Night Tour – available as an exclusive, private tour or in small groups of 8 or less.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
