ON YOUR ARRIVAL:
You will meet the driver in front of the arrival gate inside the airport; he will have a South Travel sign. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
▪️ For shared transfers, we wait for the arrival of all passengers; check the waiting time on your voucher.

▪️ Excess baggage will be charged (R$100.00 per extra suitcase); the allowed amount is indicated on the voucher. If it is necessary to change to a larger vehicle, the corresponding amount will be charged, and you will have to wait for the vehicle to arrive.

▪️ Flight and schedule changes must be informed in advance, and the adjustment of the transfer will depend on availability.

▪️ In case of NO SHOW (failure to appear), there is no refund, and it will not be possible to reschedule the transfer.

▪️ Cancellations must be made directly on the platform according to the established deadline.
