What you can expect

Starting at the foot of the Mota hill, we will enter through a passage that gave rise to the conquest of the fortress. From the guts of the mountain we will see how the conquest of a highly desired fortress is carried out due to its strategic position between Granada and Jaén.
During our visit we will see the monument, the daily life of its people, curiosities, illustrious travellers and we will also be able to talk about the current inhabitants of the fortress, animals that we will be able to see coexisting with the stone and the wind.
To finish, we will return to the meeting point, this time through the surface access street (not through the passage) so that we can finish seeing life on the border and its evolution to today's Alcalá.
We take care of the visit so that it is not a soulless visit, it will be an experience that we will remember fondly when we return to our home.
