You will be served a set menu of the best Argentine meats and typical accompaniments that can be found at the grill.
The menu includes Cecina de steer and Libritos as a starter. Cecina is cured and air-dried beef, similar to beef jerky but with a more concentrated flavour.
The next dish is Mollejas accompanied by Cebollitas al rescoldo. The gizzards are golden brown and crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, while the onions are cooked buried in the embers, acquiring a smoky and caramelised flavour, perfectly complementing the gizzards.
