Gorgeous hot springs with a variety of pools to swim in! Choosing your lunch / dinner time made it unclear when we could arrive / leave, so I wish the timeframe that we could spend at Baldi was fully laid out. Lockers are available to rent for $7 and towels can be "rented" with a cash deposit. All of those things are expected and hardly took away from the experience! The main thing that did was that the drinks were labeled on the menu for $12, but somehow, my sister was charged $41.80 for 2 drinks. That caught us a bit off guard. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The venue is great, but the customer experience is poor: 1. There wasn’t space in the parking, or outside 2. They ask you to check in at reception to get your band first before finding a parking space! 3. At reception they didn’t tell us we needed to pay for a locker and towels, which made us loose a lot of time. We had to go back to reception to pay for the locker and then back up again to pay for the towels. 3. They didn’t tell us we have to leave the towels there to start the circuit, otherwise they will get wet. 4. The women changing rooms and the showers are in two different locations. 5. The showers didn’t have a space to leave your belongings as the lockers are outside… 6. There are bars in the middle of the hot spring but no way to pay unless you carry your credit card everywhere… overall, it was good but they need to rethink their entire customer journey to make it easier for us to enjoy it.

Baldi exceeded our expectations. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who informed us our lunch would begin at 2. We asked if we could bump it up an hour and they kindly accommodated our request. The food was delicious and the pools were absolutely incredible. Lots of variety! The slides were faster than any our kids have experienced. We loved our experience here so much!
