We are Jay & Sam, a Korean liquor sommelier & a certified Korean rice wine & spirit producer.

This tasting features 4 samples of high-end Makgeolli made right at the “Spring Breeze Brewery.”

Spring Breeze Brewery has its roots in Beonam Brewery (1919), one of the oldest makgeolli breweries that survived the Japanese occupation and the grain management act.

Spring Breeze Brewery has innovated makgeolli brewing by developing a new fermentation control method, now making premium makgeolli served at prestigious venues in Korea.

Learn how our premium makgeolli is made, combining ancestral knowledge with scientific execution. We've installed modern technologies to make your experience interactive.

Not only will you taste luxurious rice wines, but you'll also see gorgeous architecture and interior designs by some of Korea's renowned artists.
