The day will begin in Serradifalco, where you will meet Salvatore, a young cheesemaker. Get ready to get your hands in the dough…you will be the protagonist in the creation of Pecorino cheese and you can taste delicious products from the dairy.

From Serradifalco we will move to Delia, where history meets taste. In a family-run workshop, we will have the opportunity to taste and create the famous cuddriredda, a “crown” shaped cookie inspired by the city's medieval fortress.

And now, a fork in the road: would you rather explore the world of extra virgin olive oil or immerse yourself in the nuances of local wines?

You can choose between a visit to a family-run olive mill, where you'll learn all about the milling process and a light lunch of local products; or you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the ancient fortress of the Lombardo family, which has been growing native grapes and producing sophisticated wines for more than 60 years. You can visit the vineyards and winery, savouring the wine accompanied by a light lunch of local delicacies.
