On this tour, we will drive around the Caribbean city of Colon, visiting the local spots where we will taste the most popular local dishes rooted in this community of Afro and Caribbean descendants. These are the dishes we will try: saus( 11 street Amador avenue) raspao( 1st street Paseo marino central avenue) cod cake and chicheme puerto escondido ( Roosevelt avenue) pastelitos and plantain tart isinglass, bom and seafood meal in a local restaurant( dos Mares restaurant 5th Street justo Arosemena Avenue)
