Meet your tour guide at Praia da Duquesa Beach for a quick safety briefing and introduction. Next, enjoy a brief warm-up then jump into the sea for an acclimatisation swim nearby before beginning your adventure along the Cascais coast.

Enjoy up to 1 hour of swimming time. Take in panoramic views of the Bay of Cascais as you swim in the company of your guide.
