This unique, Yoga inspired walking tour combines sightseeing and wellness in one of the most awe inspiring locations in all of Chicago! We guide you along the River Walk sharing the fascinating history of the river itself, and the surrounding architecture that Chicago is so famous for. We make stops along the way in idyllic locations to go through various flows, stretches and meditative exercises, all while the incredible “Second City” comes to life all around us! It is the best way to “get your steps in” while also seeing the sights and learning about the history of one of the great cities of the world.
Meeting near the DuSable Bridge, we descend down to the Riverwalk and pass by many of the most iconic Chicago skyscrapers and architectural marvels that the “Second City” is so famous for including Tribune Tower, the Wrigley building, Marina City and so many more! We also pass under a number of the Chicago bridges and attractions such as the Merchandise Mart (at one time the largest building in the world!) and pause at Wolf Point where the branches of the River converge to enjoy another flow and then head back to where we started.
