The class is 1.30 hrs compose of 30 mins of stretching and warm up, 3 rounds of Muay Thai boxing with our experienced Muay Thai trainers, and 30 mins of weight training cool down. We will make your beginning step to muay thai super easy. There is no boxing skill requirement when you start learning muay thai with us. Our muay thai experienced trainers will work with you closely to guide you step-by-step to move you towards a more advanced skills in muay thai while starting strengthening your muscles along the side. You can also watch our online YouTube channel for after class rehearsal. Providing closely guidance, our muay thai trainers will challenge you physically and mentally towards a more advanced muay thai skills from the basic striking techniques of kicking, kneeing, and elbowing to the instantaneous defending and striking. For a long term customers, you can monitor physical performance through our web application. You will be a very healthy and learn self-defense techniques through Muay Thai.
