Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the Enoteca dell'Etna staff who will guide you on a tour of traditions that will allow you to live unique experiences. A brief explanation will allow you to learn about the history of Ragalna and its traditions, stories about the population and the Arena family, the family from which the complex where the Enoteca dell'Etna is located, “Palmento Arena”, takes its name. Book your “Iemu Spizzicannu” tasting The tasting journey will begin with a taste of Evo Nocellara dell'Etna oil produced in our company's olive grove and continue with three different flavoured oils also produced by Myetna. It will continue with a rich platter where you will find typical cured meats and cheeses and traditional Sicilian preserves. Local products will then be presented accompanied by artisanal jams and creams, fried starters, sautéed wild vegetables, Sicilian parmigiana and the famous Sicilian caponata. Everything will be combined with a tasting of 4 Etna wines selected for a coherent sensorial journey. The tasting will conclude with a dessert of ricotta, chocolate and home-produced Bronte pistachio cream.
