Know before you book

  • Children 1 and younger are complimentary.
  • Children 11 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
  • Your visit may be extended for an additional fee, payable on the day of your stay, subject to availability.
  • Hours of operation are 7AM–7PM.
  • Maximum group size is 7 people. If your group size is for 8 or more travellers, the lounge must authorise your booking, before your reservation is confirmed.
  • Holiday Extras will contact you within 7 days of booking to confirm your entry time to the lounge. Entry time must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • Holiday Extras will email the voucher you need to gain access to the lounge, the one at the time of booking is not accepted by the lounge.

What you can expect

The lounge has wifi, TVs, newspapers and magazines, so there's plenty to do.

The lounge offers a range of free snacks, including cake, sweets, biscuits, fruit, cheese, cold sausages and bread. Both soft and alcoholic drinks are also available as part of the price.

Check in

You can spend up to three hours in the lounge before your flight. When you book, you'll be asked what time you expect to arrive. You may be able to go in early, but this is at the discretion of the lounge staff as the lounge may get busy at peak times.

Directions

After passport control, take the transfer passageway on level 5 and you will find the lounge in departure area D.

Disabled Facilities

The lounge is able to accommodate disabled passengers.

Dress code

The lounge does not have a dress code, but please be considerate of other guests and ensure your behaviour is reasonable at all times.

Children

Children are welcome in the lounge and those under 3 years old may enter for free.

Important information

The Europa lounge is for schengen passengers only, and only for passengers travelling from Terminal 1, Departures D. Make sure you have a printed copy of your confirmation with you or you might not be able to get into the lounge.
