It is located within the municipality of San Mauro Castelverde, about an hour’s drive from Polizzi Generosa, in the Madonie Park, UNESCO Geopark site.

The Zipline is the only one in Italy to be placed at almost 1000 metres above sea level; 1600 metres of steel rope connect the starting point located at 925 metres above sea level and the finishing point located 260 m below, with a ground height of 300 metres. The maximum speed reached is 130 km/h, although on sirocco days it can be exceeded, making the Zipline della Sicilia the fastest in Italy!
