  • My kitchen is open to anyone who wants to experience and immerse themselves in the Sicilian culinary culture rich in contaminations of the various peoples who have lived there. I will explain the dishes you will cook and tell you their history and origin.

Activity itinerary

We will make an starter, a first course and a dessert together. We can prepare a plate of fettuccine or potato gnocchi with a delicious sauce, we will make aubergines parmigiana and for dessert tiramisu or almond biscuits. We can prepare vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and for anyone with food allergy problems. Everything will be in an atmosphere of serenity, joy and good humour.
