Overview

Enjoy a journey of forest immersion that will soothe the senses and invigorate the body and soul. First we will drive up through the 5 ecosystems of the Santa Catalina Mountains. We will walk together to a location that will lend itself to our meditation and breathwork. Our focus and observations will carry into functional applications beyond the day's swimming. Afterwards, we will return to Le Buzz Cafe at the base of Mt. Lemmon Highway.

Activity itinerary

Depending on your desired level of activity, we will hike 2-6 miles RT, to our forest destination. Keep in mind that we will be hiking at 9000' elevation over rocky terrain that may be wet and slippery. Good footwear is required. Hiking poles are recommended. 2 litres of water in a lightweight day pack are also necessary; as are outer garments if the weather cools or becomes inclement. Once at our forest swimming destination, we will begin to unwind and enjoy the powerful, peaceful energy that the flora naturally provide. Using specific methods of observation, breathwork, and guided mindfulness, we will begin to relax into the moment and release the cares and perspectives that no longer serve us. At the end of our session in the woods, we will return to our vehicles and drive together back to our meeting location: Le Buzz Cafe.
