Board the world-famous Bernina Express, a unique panoramic train. The UNESCO World Heritage route of the Bernina Express offers an unforgettable experience as the train climbs to an altitude of 2,253 metres on the Bernina Pass, one of the highest points reached by a railway in Europe. During the journey, the train will pass iconic sites such as Lake Bianco and the helical viaduct of Brusio, guaranteeing indelible memories. Alp Gruem (Pass by)
A glacier front terrace! Alp Grüm embodies a blend of romance, adventure, and curiosity. In the complete quiet of the natural surroundings, broken only by the chatter of weary travellers, you can't help but feel disconnected from the world while gazing up at the majestic Piz Palü.
Brusio Spiral Viaduct (Pass by)
It's time for a ride! The train will transit on the Brusio Spiral Viaduct.
Tirano (Pass by)
Tirano is a small corner of Italy, on the border with neighbouring Switzerland, with authentic flavours and slow rhythms. The largest Basilica in Valtellina is located here. This is the Bernina Express' last stop.
