To begin the tour, you will be picked up from your hotel or airport in Iquitos and then taken to the dock. The adventure will begin by sailing down the great Amazon River, which is considered the largest river in the world.
Along the way, you will be able to appreciate the majesty of the jungle and its riverside populations, and you will make the first stop at a nature reserve where you will see the largest aquatic plant in the Amazon called “Victoria Regia”.
Later you will arrive at an animal sanctuary where you will see different species in complete freedom such as toucans, macaws, monkeys, sloths; you will also see the prehistoric turtle called mata-mata, and the incomparable anaconda.
You will undoubtedly enjoy a warm welcome from the Peruvian Jungle observing the Amazon River, the Nanay River and the Momón River to arrive at a lodge where you will have free time to enjoy a delicious lunch. At the end, you will take a walk through the jungle to meet one of the tribes that live in the area known as the Boras or Yaguas tribe, you will interact with their daily activities, their dances and lifestyle. Finally, you will return to the city of Iquitos arriving at approximately 5:00 p.m.
