The Hierve el Agua tour kicks off bright and early at 6:00 AM at the Coyote Aventuras Office in Oaxaca de Juárez. Following a gathering, the journey heads towards Hierve El Agua, making a stop at San Isidro Roaguía for a warm welcome from Emelia and Rey, who offer local refreshments and breakfast.
