Enjoy a Caribbean, Street Food themed Cooking Class. Learn & taste the best and favourite dishes of locals.

Start your culinary adventure with a visit on the largest local market - Marché-Aux-Épices and shop for products to be used during the class. We will welcome you with a local drink, called Ti-Punch ''the Medicine of Guadeloupe'' and teach you how to prepare it. Take a part in hands-on experience, preparing pastry for Bokit, making Cod fishballs called Accras, sauce ''Chien'', chicken Colombo full of spices, Fried Bananas Plantain, ending with Sorbet Coco made in a traditional way - in a wooden barrel.

At the end of the activity, we will serve you your pre-cooked by yourself dishes, we will give you some to take away too!
