Overview

Irelands only purpose built alpaca trekking scenic trail with a coffee caravan on an island.

A unique experience for friends, family or solo adventurers. Walk with a gentle alpaca around a stunning 1.4km stoned pathway that meanders through farmland, woodland and wetlands, over bridges and undulating picturesque terrain. At the end of your guided walk, you get to stop at a coffee caravan located on a small island in one of our ponds to enjoy a proper tea or coffee and of course a delicious bake or two!

Activity itinerary

You will be met by your ranger in our car park and taken to the start of the alpaca trekking. The ranger will read a safety briefing and then you will be introduced to your chosen alpaca. Your trek will commence on our trail through farmland, woodland and around ponds. You will cross nine bridges. The trek takes approximately 30-40mins and at the end your alpaca will be tied up and you will be able to cross a bridge to an island with a superb coffee caravan with picnic tables. The total experience is 1hr 30mins and you will have the opportunity to walk around the trail again if you wish.
