Fitzhugh Brewing

Built from the dream of a Kerbey Smith along with her father’s prowess in construction, Fitzhugh Brewing opened up in the Summer of 2020. As a beer-lover Kerbey found an absence of breweries in the Central Texas area that were enticing to families and women in particular. Inspired by the Magnolia market of Waco, Texas Kerbey put focus on a “silo-style” approach to the brewery’s aesthetics. She also wanted a spot that was family friendly up to a certain hour and installed a fantastic playscape to welcome children. The concept isn’t to build a brewery for just women and kids, but to be a brewery for everybody.

The menu at Alice's Restaurant features Texas barbecue and comfort food in a serene hill country setting where it is nestled under giant 150 year old live oaks on the 28 acre Treaty Oak Distilling Ranch. At the bar, choose from beer, cocktails, tapped drinks, and the distillery’s experimental whiskies. Our cocktails are made only with Treaty Oak Spirits and fresh ingredients that are kegged and served on tap, resulting in a perfectly balanced cocktail, every time.
