Make your own way to the helipad in Girdwood, where you meet your pilot and then settle into a seat in a capable Robinson helicopter. Hear the rotors whir to life and then watch the ground drop away as you lift off into the sky and your pilot cuts a course towards the TwentyMile River valley.

Gaze down over the winding ribbon of the river as it carves its way through evergreen terrain, snap photos of glaciers making their slow and steady descent down snow-dusted slopes, and watch the plains and hillsides for sightings of wildlife like moose or bears. Your pilot shares interesting facts and points out natural features of the landscape before you gently alight back at your starting point.
