Know before you book

  • There is no weight limit but we ask people whose weight is over 100 kg (220 pounds) should contact the tour provider immediately after booking.
  • This activity is not recommended to Pregnant women for safety reason.
  • Children must have at least 5 years old to board on a balloon.
  • Flights are operated by the morning only, starts between 6 AM and 8 AM according to season.
  • Pilots and crew members speak Spanish, English and French.
  • This activity is weather dependant, can be re-scheduled in case of unsuitable weather condition.

What you can expect

Start your day at sunrise. You will be picked up in Barcelona city centre and then be taken to the flying area at only 30-45 minutes from the city. After a quick coffee break in a local cafeteria, you will be driven to the launchfield, you will assist the preparation of the flight under pilot's briefing. Once the balloon is up, you will enjoy a balloon flight lasting up to 1 hour 1/4 minutes over Catalonia countryside.

Your hot air ballon flight will take place around the area of Montseny Natural Park. From there you can enjoy amazing panoramic views. Spot the peak of the Montserrat and see the Mediterranean Sea. After the landing, you will come back to the launchfield and celebrate your wonderful balloon experience with a Cava toast and a surprising snack. Finally, you will be taken back to Barcelona city centre.

NEW: if you prefer to meet us directly in the flying area, now it is possible. Just select this option at moment of booking then we will provide you the exact meeting point and time in Cardedeu or Vic city.
