What you can expect

Enjoy a fast-paced coastal whale watch on Kona’s newest powerboat Holona, a 34 passenger 40' bow-loading thrill craft, fully shaded, spacious bench seating, on-board toilet, fast and fun.

See humpback whales play and splash in the deep blue Pacific waters as you zip along Waikoloa's amazing coastline. Hawaii is known as one of the best places in the world to go whale watching, as the humpback whales migrate from Alaska to the warm waters surrounding the Hawaiian Islands to give birth. Learn about the whales' unique behaviour and why their long journey is so important while watching them fluke, spy hop, spout, and breach out of the water. With thousands of whales that have all made the 3,000-mile (4,828-km) voyage, you won't have to journey far off shore to find them.

Boarding at A-Bay, is a beach-loading process with the afternoon trip transfer from a tender-boat. Come in casual clothing that may come in contact with water.
