What you can expect

Delight in a panoramic aeroplane flight above the Amazon Rainforest. Admire views of beautiful primary forest, with its high trees and birds, that stretches over the landscape like an enormous green carpet.

After pickup from your accommodation in Manaus, transfer to your flight departure place. From there, take off on a 30 or 60-minute flight, depending on the option you choose.

Head upstream along the Negro River in the direction of the Anavilhanas Archipelago, a gigantic river archipelago that is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Feel like you are in a huge puzzle as you cross the archipelago, and spot at least 9 jungle lodges and small villages as you go.

In the dry season (June – October/November), it's also possible to see white sandy beaches that form alongside the islands in the archipelago. After your flight, enjoy convenient drop-off back at your accommodation in Manaus.
