What you can expect

The Margaret River Surfing Academy, founded by Josh Palmateer, was the first established surf school in the Margaret River region. MRSA is a family-run business.

Come and visit Simon and Asha, for learn-to-surf lessons in some of Margaret River's premier surf locations. Our group surf lessons are perfectly suited to beginner surfing lessons, specialised to make you feel safe and comfortable when first trying the sport of surfing. Our coaches pride themselves on their safety and presence in the water.

We look forward to covering all of your surfing needs in the Margaret River region. The surf school also hires equipment and provides full and half-day tours of the region. We also offer apnea training and private and individual surfing lessons.
