Situated 4 km from the city centre, La Paillote is an address apart in the red city… and yet so close.

A certain energy and a lot of passion came together to create and give birth to La Paillote. At once chic and relaxed, peaceful and lively, intimate and warm… this place deserved a cuisine that resembled it: simple and tasty.

Precise cooking, seasonal produce… Here, quality owes nothing to chance. From the selection of meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, to the presentation on the plate, everything is meticulously controlled by a highly skilled and experienced team.

You will have the choice between two menus, and in each menu you can chose the dish that you like the best :

1st menu (450 per person) :

• Crispy soft boiled egg or cheese ravioli
• Red mulet with sauce vierge or low-temperature chicken fillet
• Chocolat cake or sorbet
• water - mint tea

2nd menu (750 per person) :

• Semi cooked Thuna with avocado charlotte or Avocato with crab and citrus
• Fillet of beef with green pepper sauce or grilled saule meuniere
• Roasted pineaple or Paris Brest
• Water - Mint Tea
