What you can expect

The “Val di Noto” tasting at Ramaddini is a sensory journey that combines the discovery of the winery's best wines with a guided tour illustrating the history and production cycle.

Participants taste four excellent labels: Nassa, Note Nere, Perla Marina, and Al Hamen. The experience is enriched by a rich gastronomic pairing with Sicilian specialities such as fried fava beans and chickpeas, bread with EVO oil, cured meats, cheeses, bruschetta with dried cherry tomatoes, Modica chocolate, and cooked must.
