Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Vung Tau - Phat Quang Pagoda (L, D)
7:30 - 10:30: Transfer to Thien Tonne Phat Quang Pagoda, a spiritual sanctuary to which tens of thousands of people all over the world have returned.
11:00 - 11:30 Have vegetarian lunch
14:00 - 15:00 Meditation session
15:00 - 16:50 Doing volunteer work, learning to make cakes/tea/tofu or painting on fabric.
17:00 - 18:15 Vegetarian dinner and washing the dishes
18:30 - 19.00 Chanting
19.00 - 19.50 Reading books
20:00-21.30 Wholesome seed
Prostration to Buddha
Meditation & go to sleep.
Day 2: Phat Quang Pagoda (B, L, D)
4:00 - 6.00 Great Bell - Meditation and Chanting
6:10 - 6:50 Practice Qigong/ Martial art
7:00 - 7:20 Breakfast
7:30 - 10.30 Doing volunteer work, learning to make cakes/tea/tofu or painting on fabric, picking vegetables.
11:00 - 11:30 Have lunch.
14:00 - 15:00 Meditation session
15:00 - 16:50 Learning to make cakes/tea/tofu/cooking
17:00 - 18:15 Vegetarian dinner and washing the dishes
18:30 - 19.00 Chanting
19.00 - 19.50 Reading books
20:00-21.30 Prostration to Buddha, Meditation & go to bed.
Day 3: Phat Quang Pagoda - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
4:00 - 6.00 Great Bell - Meditation and Chanting
