Our cooking class was opened in 2023 in Tokyo with the theme of “Japanese Food” and “Experience”.
We would like to enjoy “Sushi Making” to more people around the world!

There are many various types of sushi in Japan, you can learn how to make 2 types of sushi in this class.
1：Nigiri Sushi
The most popular and standard sushi style in Japan and it is the origin of sushi!
2：Maki Sushi ( Roll Sushi )
Popular sushi all over the world the type of sushi where the ingredients are rolled by rice.

About two hours.
Learn about sushi history and try to make sushi first half of class, make as many as you like and eat sushi last half of class.

Fun experience learning to make sushi. Entertaining and delicious. Hosts were entertaining, friendly and made sure we were doing things correctly. Large sake portions. Definitely recommend.

Bring your appetite and your sense of humor. The staff speak English very well and the instructions are fairly easy to follow. The view from the class room is pretty awesome as well. Very intimate surroundings.

It was ok. They rushed us quite a bit at the end - so that was not fun. The advice to mix certain ingredients in the maki rolls was bad - they tasted awful. And the quality of the fish was so-so. They were very friendly and did teach us how to make sushi so that was fun.

Absolutely amazing! Chise and her helpers were very knowledgeable, friendly and made it so easy! I had missed my appt on Friday due to a canceled flight and they made sure I was rebooked for Sunday before I left Tokyo. I was extremely happy that they allowed me to partake in this, as I realized I am halfway decent at sushi making!

I was looking to kill a couple hours on a solo trip and this seemed fun. I booked 2:00pm but they were kind enough to slot me in at 12:00 when I dropped by. The class was fun and educational. The main guy Kento had a great sense of humor and spoke impeccable English. The fish was fresh and delicious. I would be thrilled to have sushi this good at home.

My wife and I had so much fun learning to make sushi. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Dai even gave me a recommendation on a local beer spot to try. Key, the main instructor, was really good at teaching. You could tell he has a real passion for making sushi.
