Super nice watching tour ! I recommand it ! 🐋 There are severals meeting point you can choose and a shuttle bus will come to take you there. They explained very well everything. Our guides and captains were really nice. They gave us a lot of informations about whales. We were lucky, we met two whales, a mom with her newborn. It was amazing. Our boat was not so crownded and there were enought space for everyone. They asked all of us to go to the front of the boat to watch the whales so everyone could see them ! We stayed ~1 hour to watch them. They are really carefull about the animals and are not getting to close, except of they come by themselfs of course. An other tour boat was looking with us at the same spot.

The trip was well organized and the staff was nice. The ocean was amazing. We didn't see the whales but we were offered to repeat the trip (unfortunately due to the sea sickness we do not plan to do it :). Generally, good advice is to buy sea sickness medicine before you go - even if you don't have it. It may catch you as well :) Still recommended :).

Perfect service that includes pick up and return to the hotel, a free ticket to be used by March 2026 because we couldn’t spot any whales on the day we booked the tour, beautiful pictures taken in the boat, friendly and helpful staff on board… we absolutely loved the trip and we highly recommend the experience to everyone who has a passion for the ocean life 🐋

First time to observe a whale in the wild ocean. This tour is on the budget side, timing and transportation was good. Staff and guide are friendly too. However it is too far away from the whale spot to see the whale even if we found them. The boat just stay far away from them, it is definitely more than 50 meters as the tour guide mentioned the safe distance, probably 500 meter or even more. We can’t see the whale close and clear enough, just a tiny water splash far away. I was a bit disappointed. I could pay much more money just to get close to them, but unfortunately it was not happening.

: The explanation was polite, and it was easy to understand with detailed explanations while looking for whales. It was convenient because there was a pick-up service to the hotel.

Terrible team and terrible captain. He did all he could do to be away from the whale. There were three more boats which very much more than him. He was just to do minimum and run away. Don’t take this tour at the weekends.

We saw whales which was nice, but I was forgotten on the pick-up and when we saw the whales all the explanations about them were in Japanese so I only understood a little bit.
